Refund and Returns Policy overview

GrowPros Solutions (GPS) does not accept returns or exchanges for any used lights.

GPS only accepts returns of unopened box lights. Conditions and fees will apply; please see details in the Return Policy section.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.

Customers are responsible for inspecting all packages before signing the BOL/POD (Proof of Delivery).

Customers need contact GPS’s sales representatives within 3 business days after tracking number marked as delivered regarding any shipping damages.

Customers must submit a fully filled warranty form to our sales representatives within one week (7 calendar days) upon delivery.

Return

GPS accepts returns and exchanges when all the conditions below are met:

Lights must be under unopened box conditions.

Packages’ original seal/tape must be intact.

Customers are responsible for the shipping back cost and shipping package lost.

Refunds

A restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price will always apply.

Shipping cost won’t be refunded.

The refund and exchange will be processed within 7 business days after approval.

The refund will be issued to customers through the original payment method. The processing time may vary depending on the customer’s bank.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Some of banks and contact methods list below

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping or unboxed. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@wegrowpros.com and send your item to: 4833 Lanier Rd, Chino, CA 91710. For damaged item please check our warranty policy.

Shipping returns

You need a return approval number before you return it. Contact us at 800-383-6200 or email at info@wegrowpros.com for details.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4833 Lanier Rd, Chino, CA 91710. Please attach your return approval number on the box.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Warranty

  • GPS provides a 7-year warranty for HM series.
  • GPS provides a 5-year warranty for Green Lights.
  • GPS provides a 3-year warranty for ULTRA series.
  • GPS provides a 3-year warranty for HPS and CMH series.
  • A fully filled warranty claim form with sufficient evidence is required for any warranty claim. Please contact GPS for the warranty claim form.
  • Clear pictures are sufficient for most claims.
  • Video evidence is required for dimmer problems or any other necessary purposes.
  • Return shipping charges may apply.
