Warranty Policy

Subject to this Warranty and the Company’s Terms and Conditions of Sale, Grow Pros Solutions warrants to the original purchaser (“Customer”) that Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship that cause the Product to fail to operate in accordance with its documented specifications.

The warranty period begins on the purchase date shown on the Customer’s proof of purchase. Grow Pros Solutions provides up to 5 years of limited warranty coverage for LED grow lights. Some models carry a 3-year limited warranty depending on the product specification.

Warranty is void if products are altered, misused, or improperly installed. Labor and installation costs are not covered under any circumstances.

OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS WARRANTY

The obligations of Grow Pros Solutions under this Warranty are limited to the following:

Options for Remedy: Grow Pros Solutions may, at its sole discretion and within a reasonable timeframe, choose to:

  • Repair the defective Product.
  • Replace the defective Product with one that may have minor design or specification deviations that do not affect its functionality, which may be new or refurbished.

No Extension of Warranty Period: Repairs, replacements, or remedies will not extend or renew the applicable Warranty Period.

Reasonable Costs: If a Product or its components are returned and determined not to have a defect covered by this Warranty, Grow Pros Solutions reserves the right to charge the Customer for reasonable costs incurred in testing, freight, and handling.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS AND HOW TO CLAIM

To make a valid claim under this Warranty, the Customer must:

  • Notify the Company of their intent to claim within the warranty period in writing.
  • A completed warranty claim form with sufficient evidence is required for any warranty claim. Please contact Grow Pros Solutions (GPS) for the warranty claim form.
  • Provide a detailed description of the defect, proof of purchase, and any additional documentation as requested.
  • Clear pictures of the issue are sufficient for most claims.
  • Video evidence may be requested for some issues.
  • All submitted photos and videos must clearly display the product’s serial number. Blurry or incomplete images may result in claim denial.
  • Customers are required to return the product to Grow Pros Solutions for further inspection if the defective product needs additional evaluation.
  • If deemed necessary, customers are requested to consent to and collaborate with Grow Pros Solutions for an on-site inspection to assess the cause of the issue.
  • Products must be returned in appropriate packaging to prevent damage during transit. Any Products determined by the Company to be ineligible for coverage under this Warranty will be returned at the Customer’s expense.
  • Claims must be made within 14 days of discovering the defect.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping and bears the risk of loss or damage during return transit.

Grow Pros Solutions does not accept chargebacks under any circumstances.

LIMITED WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, aging-related deterioration, cosmetic damage, or damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Products exposed to improper installation, storage, or operation outside documented specifications.
  • Failures caused by power surges, extreme environmental conditions, or acts of God (e.g., floods, earthquakes).
  • Products are altered or repaired by unauthorized parties.
  • Use of non-Grow Pros Solutions components or accessories with the Product.
  • Any other failures resulting from non-production-related reasons.
  • Specific exclusions for LED Products include damage caused by sulfur, chlorine, petroleum-based solutions, or improper maintenance. Operating LED Products outside the specified temperature range will also void this Warranty.
  • A light shall be considered defective only if 15% or more of the individual light-emitting diodes fail to illuminate.
  • Product installations through a 3rd party contractors recommended by Grow Pros Solutions carry no warranty or price guarantees.

The determination of whether a defect qualifies for warranty coverage is solely at the discretion of Grow Pros Solutions.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grow Pros Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. The Company’s total liability for any defective Product is limited to the original purchase price paid by the Customer.

NON-TRANSFERABILITY OF WARRANTY

This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original Customer.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in San Bernardino County, California.

MODIFICATIONS TO THIS WARRANTY

Grow Pros Solutions may modify this Warranty from time to time. Any modifications will be effective for all orders placed on or after the effective date of such modifications.

PRIORITY OF TERMS

This Warranty is intended to supplement the Terms and Conditions of Sale. In the event of any conflict between the two, the Terms and Conditions of Sale shall prevail with respect to governing principles and overall terms of sale. However, the procedures, product-specific conditions, and technical details outlined in this Warranty shall be considered an extension of the Terms and Conditions, and shall remain effective unless expressly contradicted.

  • Plastic Parts: 1 year
  • Grow Trays: 1 year
  • In-Rack Circulation Systems: 1 year

OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS WARRANTY

The obligations of Grow Pros Solutions under this Warranty are limited to the following:

  • Provide replacement parts or components for the defective Product.
  • Provide substitute components that may have minor design or specification differences that do not affect overall functionality.
  • Parts or components provided under this Warranty may be new, refurbished, or functionally equivalent to new, and may show minor cosmetic wear. All replacements will meet applicable performance standards.

No Extension of Warranty Period: Repairs, replacements, or remedies will not extend or renew the applicable Warranty Period.

Reasonable Costs: If a Product or its components are returned and determined not to have a defect covered by this Warranty, Grow Pros Solutions reserves the right to charge the Customer for reasonable costs incurred in testing, freight, and handling.

LIMITED WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

For structural products such as grow racks, benches, and trays, the following exclusions apply in addition to the general limitations stated in this Warranty:

  • Damage caused by exceeding the rated load capacity, including overloading of trays, shelves, or support beams.
  • Corrosion, rust, or material degradation resulting from exposure to high humidity, standing water, fertilizer runoff, or chemical cleaning agents.
  • Structural warping, misalignment, or instability resulting from improper installation, including but not limited to installation on uneven surfaces, failure to anchor the structure, or failure to follow assembly and leveling instructions provided by Grow Pros Solutions.
  • Modifications including but not limited to cutting, welding, drilling, or any alteration to structural components (including trays) without prior written approval from Grow Pros Solutions.
  • Damage or wear to rolling mechanisms, caster wheels, or other movable parts caused by inadequate maintenance, debris accumulation, improper usage, or impact during movement of the bench or rack, including collisions with fixed structures, equipment, or other racks.
  • Physical damage such as dents, cracks, or deformation resulting from collisions with carts, tools, machinery, foot traffic, or other external forces, including damage caused by standing, sitting, or climbing on any part of the rack, bench, or tray
  • Issues arising from integration with non-approved third-party accessories or systems, including but not limited to lighting, trays, automation modules, or irrigation equipment.
  • Any failure caused by improper assembly, incomplete tightening of hardware, or failure to adhere to installation instructions provided by Grow Pros Solutions.
  • Leakage at tray seams due to aging or failure of adhesive or sealant is not covered.
  • Product installations through a 3rd party contractors recommended by Grow Pros Solutions carry no warranty or price guarantees.
